How to Listen to God

To Someone Who Is Hurting

It does not matter
what the picture shows.

Words speak louder
than anything else
and
it is very sad
that others hide
behind a superfiscal wall
and
don't see the heart
of each of us.

No matter
the gender
or
ethnic family
we were born in,
we all have
a common link
and
that is to
Belong
Give
Love
.

We all hurt
and
bleed the same.

We all laugh
and
look with a deep understanding.

That is all that matters.

I have walked
your walk,
not down the same path
I know.

One thing
I do know
is that I can
leave any path
I start down,
seeing
it is hurting me,
make the changes
and
love myself
all the more.

It may not be easy,
painful that it may be,
agonizing deep within.
In my heart
I know
you can, too.

A warm giving hug
I send to you
and
Wishing you
sunshine
and
roses
of happiness.

The Pain of Heartbreak

I walked not only with you
but also behind you

Feeling the love, joy,
sorrow and pain

I still walked following
Waiting for that moment
When we would be one.

As you said we would be.

I only wished to make you happy
Even though there were misunderstandings and blindness
Within your eyes, heart and very soul.
Waiting still for that moment

I gave completely without thought of tomorrow
For I wanted to trust you
Your words said I should trust you
And when I felt the stings of the thorn
I did try ~ I swear I did try ~ To trust you still.

The moon is hidden within the eclipse
The waters are now dry within the summer heat
You took your love from me
The dreams now fallin to the pits of hell

I walk away knowing fully within my heart
That you now possess the black rose
In your deadly grasp
No longer admiring that which you said
You once loved and would always be there to take care of

Just the Look, Just the Smile, Feel the Warmth and Never Let Go

My Feelings For You

You and I are connected in a way

that goes beyond romance,

beyond friendship,

beyond what we've ever had before.

~
It has defied time, distance and changes

in ourselves and in our lives.

And it has deifed every explantation except one:

purely and simply,

we're soul mates.

~

I can't explain it.

I just feel it.

It's there in the way my spirit subtly lifts whenever we talk,

how the sound of your voice

brings me home in a way I can't explain.

It's in the delight I feel when we laugh at exactly the same things.

When I'm with you, it's like a tiny part of the universes

lifts into the place it's suppose to be,

and all is right with the world.

These things, and so many more,

have made me understand that this is a once-in-a-lifetime,

forever connection that could only exist between you and me.

~

And deep in my soul, I know that our relationship

is a rare gift, one that will bring us and extraordinary happiness

all through our lives.

Love Comes in the Strangest of Ways and in the Strangest of Places

I Love You Deeply with all My Heart and Soul

Since You have come into my life,

You have shown me so many things

I always felt were impossible

You have shown me a love like no other

You have shown me a giving like no other

You have shown me a devotion like no other

But, most of all

You have shown me a man like no other

A wonderful man that I love deeply with not only my love and soul but my life.

You have proven to me that there are

no fears,

no loneliness,

no worries,

no guilts of the past for we are now and forever.

We belong as one, as lovers, as soulmates

and time has proven that we were meant to be

thus from this day forward.

I pray that we have a long life to fulfil all our dreams

but most of all that we feel the deepest love

that no one other than ourself can hold

deep within our very oneness ~ our very soul ~ so pure and giving

Walk Gently Through Life with Much Kindness of Heart for an Angel May Look to You Softly and Smile

Cute As They Could Be

Once upon a time
there were two little girls
who were cute as they could be
~
The first was born in Virginia
and the other was born in Georgia several years later
~
As the years passed
much laughter and tears were shared
but, neither shared with the other
~
Now, these two little southern belles grew with grace and charm
still not knowing what they really missed
for they were without the other
~
Finally came the day
in the strangest of ways
in the strangest of places
they met
only still not knowing
just how close they were to be
~
They told of their life as they grew
laughed at the joys and
cried at their sorrows
only to find their bond had always been closely weaved
~
Now, it wasn't by chance
for it was meant
that these two little southern belles
cute as they could be
were the very best friends
that could be.

He Promised Me A Rose Garden

Have you ever taken the time to walk through a Rose Garden?
Walked it alone through the peace of beauty growing?
Through the beauty of color, texture and fragrance
The sun has just come over the horizon
There is just enough to light the garden
You are speechless at the radiant beauty of the morning dew
The delicate little drops which lie there
On the pedals just glimmering from the awakening light
It is the most magnificent when you are alone
It is quiet, peaceful and
you
also find
Him
Like the dew on the rose
There are tears in your eyes
When you awaken to
His presence
Can you feel Him?
The dew knows
As the rose knows
And even the sun knows
They have always known that
He awaits
In the garden for you
This is why the sun is clearly bright
The roses are radiant with thorns smiling color and sweet fragrance
The dew, the tiny dew which sparkles like crisp ice
On a cold southern morning
